SONG OF THE 92ND ARMORED FIELD ARTILLERY
                              "KEEP'EM ROLLING"
Sung To The Tune Of "Glory, Glory, Hallelujah"

BY: LIEUTENANT  LORAYNE M. GRIFFIN 50-51
                             (Deceased January 4, 2001)
Oh the cannoneers are posted, all the gunners on their sights.
Hear the chiefs of sections shouting, as we stumble in the night.
Get the smell of smoke and powder, hear them cursing as we load.
Right by section, watch the guidon and we're out upon the road.

Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
In the 92nd Armored (two, three)

For your eyes are red and dusty, and the engines throb inside.
And the devils voice begins to hum, with throttles open wide.
There's a clanking from the rolling tracks, a kick from side to side.
As we thunder in position, all the breeches open wide.

Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
In the 92nd Armored (two, three)

For supporting all the infantry, the Calvary and Tanks.
As the sequence of command begins to thunder through the ranks.
The breeches close, the primers set and "ready" is the cry!
There's a rumble from the volley as it crashes thru the sky.

Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
In the 92nd Armored (two, three)

For the smoke of battles thickens and there's blood upon the trail.
Keep the shrapnel moving forward, bursting thru the front like hail.
Do your duty like a soldier, let the beggers know that we,
Are the devils from the 92nd Field Artillery

Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
Glory, Glory, keep'em rolling
In the 92nd Armored (two, three)
